General Terms and Conditions of Sale of L’Atelier du Verger Sàrl

All orders placed on the website are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Confirming an order in our online shop requires prior review and unreserved acceptance of these terms. L’Atelier du Verger Sàrl reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

L’Atelier du Verger Sàrl, a limited liability company (Sàrl), is based at 2, Impasse du Verger, 1754 Avry-sur-Matran, Switzerland. On its website, L’Atelier du Verger Sàrl offers a variety of products, including soaps, cosmetic products, accessories, decorative items and items from business partners. This product selection is subject to change without notice.

Product descriptions

Information about our products comes from our suppliers, and we make every effort to ensure its accuracy. However, this information does not constitute a contractual commitment regarding product specifications, and any error or omission is unintentional. Images and visual descriptions are for illustration purposes only and cannot guarantee an exact match with the final product, particularly with regard to colours and materials.

Product availability

We reserve the right to adjust our product range at any time. Limited-time offers will be specified for each product or product range. Orders are fulfilled subject to available stock. Should a product become unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified by email and the order will be cancelled and refunded without penalty within 15 days of payment at the latest.

Pricing policy and offers

Prices, shown in Swiss francs and inclusive of VAT, are valid at the customer’s final confirmation of the order. They do not include delivery costs, which are calculated according to Swiss Post rates and packaging costs. Promotions are valid until the specified date or while stocks last, and products purchased on promotion cannot be returned. Prices may change, but the price displayed at the time of ordering will be the only price that applies.

Order process

  • payment confirmation: The order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

Payment terms

L’Atelier du Verger Sàrl offers seven payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, PayPal and gift vouchers. Products remain the property of L’Atelier du Verger Sàrl until the order has been paid for in full. L’Atelier du Verger Sàrl uses Shopify Payments to secure transactions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the transactions arising from them, are governed by Swiss law, with Switzerland as the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Only the French version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed valid
