Returns and refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item to us. It must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging: for hygiene reasons, we don’t accept the return of an opened soap or cosmetic. Perishable products and custom orders cannot be returned.

How to do it. Email us at contact@latelierduverger.live with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions. You can also bring the item back to our workshop in Avry or our shop in Fribourg.

Return costs. Return postage is at your own expense. If the item is faulty, damaged or doesn’t match your order, we cover the cost of the return: let us know within 14 days, with your order number and a photo, and we’ll exchange or refund it.

Refunds. We refund to the original payment method used for the order, once we’ve received and checked the item.
