How to use
Take a small amount of balm on your fingertips. Apply to the area in question, several times a day if needed. Applying it before bed gives the balm time to work.
Precautions
Contains essential oils. Not recommended for children under 6, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do a patch test beforehand. Avoid contact with the eyes.
